Features & Benefits:
Fisioline works in 5 combined actions to help to re-shape your body
Reactivation of the micro-circulation
Fisioline helps to stimulate the micro-circulation of the body, which is essential to mobilize fats and toxins from the tissue.
It helps to stimulate the elimination of metabolic wastes and toxins through the kidneys and facilitates urine production. It is a useful auxiliary in the treatment of fluid retention and restores the function of capillaries previously obstructed by accumulated toxins and fats. By improving blood flow, tissue oxygenation and drainage are also increased. The area is quickly cleared and takes on healthier aspects as venous stasis (waste-rich stagnated blood) is reduced. Tissue repair takes place more quickly.
Fisioline contains anti-oxidant that helps fight the action of free radicals that seriously damage the cell membrane.
Smoothing and soothing
It helps to stimulate correct and neat skin regeneration, having a beneficial influence over the production of collagen and connective tissue, leaving you a smoother and healthier skin.
Stimulating the metabolism
It helps to stimulate drainage and removal of stagnating fluids. It also mobilizes the fatty acids in the adipose tissue and effectively stimulates the breakdown of fatty accumulations.
The uniqueness of Fisioline is the patented Crackle Technology. Fisioline is in liquid form. When it is dispensed, it transforms into an active mousse, which lightly bubbles or ‘crackles’ as it is massaged into the skin. This phenomenon, combined with the heat of the epidermis and the massaging action, increases the kinetic energy of the active ingredients to the point where they actually penetrate the skin and arrive right where they are needed: the cellulite layer and act to get rid of cellulite in 14 days on certain area.

How to get faster results with simple exercises?
It is normal to hear a “crackling” sound when you massage the mousse into your skin and after 3 -5 minutes, you will notice a tingling effect and a reddening of your skin, depending on how sensitive your skin is, this will return to normal after approximately 30 minutes.
Exercise is especially useful for fighting cellulite as it minimizes body fat, improves circulation and tones muscle in areas that are particularly susceptible to cellulite, such as thighs, buttocks and abdomen. It is thought that increased circulation helps to keep skin and connective tissue healthy and elastic, and also helps to minimize fluid retention and eliminate wastes.
Therefore, here are so simple exercises that you can do after the application of Fisioline to see faster result!
To perform step-up, you will need a bench or box. Find something that is stable and not going to move out from under you when you step up onto it. First, lift your right foot off the ground and use the muscles in your legs and core to lift this foot to the top of the bench/box. Carefully step your right foot back to the ground, followed by your left foot.
Recommend 20-40 steps for each leg per session.
To perform a lunge, enter in a split stance with your dominant foot in front and the non-dominant foot behind. Place your weight on your back foot and slowly begin to bend that knee. While bending that knee, begin to bend your front knee until it is at a 90O angle. While performing a lunge, ensure that your chest straight and contract your abdominal muscles and hamstrings. Hold this position for five seconds and return to the starting position by contracting your abdominal muscles, buttocks and hamstrings.
Recommend 30-50 lunges for each leg per session.
To perform a squat, stand straight, ensuring that your torso is straight and your legs are wide apart. Slowly bend your knees and slowly lower your hips. Lower your body into a squat, contracting your abdominal muscles in the process. Remain in the squat for five seconds and return to the starting position, contracting your abdominal muscles.
Recommend 30-50 squats per session.
